Little Children Can Get Real Excited At Parades

Sometimes the littlest of parade watchers get real excited and have to be called back to, or scooped up by, their family that the little one's watching the parade with. And so long as the situation doesn't become intrusive to the parade participants, nor dangerous, like this child's gleeful actions hadn't, it's sho' 'nuf a joyous thing for all to experience.
